The ProSet XT3 is a versatile tool designed for use with large diameter rivets, structural fasteners, 4.8mm lockbolts and Avseal 6.0 to 9.0mm in diameter. The long stroke allows fasteners such as Monobolt to be installed in a single pull of the trigger. The ProSet XT3 shares the convenient quick release nose equipment with its smaller brothers and is similarly light weight and easy to use.

The ProSet XT3 is a versatile tool designed for use with large diameter rivets, structural fasteners, 4.8mm lockbolts and Avseal 6.0 to 9.0mm in diameter. The long stroke allows fasteners such as Monobolt to be installed in a single stroke. The XT3 shares the convenient quick release nose equipment with its smaller brothers and is similarly light weight and easy to use.
The POP Avdel ProSet XT tool range has many innovative high performance features including a patented "Quick Disconnect" nose housing and jaw case for rapid cleaning and maintenance of the front end without the need for any tools. An air-isolation switch on the mandrel collector prevents airflow when its disconnected.
All Proset XT tools are light, well balanced with quick cycle times to enable fast assembly with minimum operator fatigue. ProSet tools are designed and produced for demanding production environments where reliability and long tool life is essential.
The Proset XT3 can install the following fasteners: 4.0, 4.8, 5.0, 6.0 and 6.4mm diameter rivets in all materials, plus Avseal plugs 6.0 to 9.0mm diameter*
Please note that the XT3 comes equipped as standard with flat nose tips to install normal break stem rivets only. If you wish to install 6.4mm Monobolts please order the tool complete with Monobolt nose equipment as 76003-00002. If you wish to install standard rivets and Monobolts you will need to purchase as 76003-00002 plus a Monobolt nose assembly (76003-16300) as a separate item. If you are not certain which option you need we will be happy to advise you.
