Broaching Type Fasteners KF2, KFS2

Internally threaded fasteners for mounting into P.C. boards. Thread sizes #2 to #10 and M2 to M5. Permanent threads for board mounting or component attachment.

 

KF2/KFS inserts can be pressed into a pre-prepared hole in standard PCB or similar material with either a hand operated press or any Pemserter press. Once installed the knurled shank on the insert provides a strong re-usable thread leaving a flush or below flush finish on the reverse side of the material.
