Qonnect Rivet Nuts
The Qonnect range of blind rivet nuts includes a selection of blind rivet nuts in a range of materials and body styles. Installation is from one side using a simple hand or power tool as you prefer.
Qonnect rivet nuts are available in the following options:
A standard stocked range with a wide variety of
Thread sizes from M3 up to M12
Material: aluminium, steel, stainless steel A2 and A4
Head Styles: cylindrical, countersunk, reduced countersunk
Body Styles: round, hex, open and closed end.
Qonnect round blind rivet nuts are supplied as standard with knurled bodies, thus providing better grip and higher resistance to torque after setting in soft material.
Features:
The standard low profile insert gives a near flush finish in sheet materials without the need to countersink the hole. Countersunk head inserts give a totally flush finish - but require a countersunk hole to be prepared in the panel. Large flange head inserts increase the push out values and resistance to turning.

A2 grade stainless steel rivet nuts are suitable for most applications where corrosion resistance is required. A4 meets the most stringent requirements and are suitable for the toughest applications. Q rivet nuts are suitable for marine and exterior applications.
Hex rivet nuts can increase resistance to turning significantly and are especially suitable where corrosion can cause the mating bolt to bind onto the thread when being removed. They also offer increased resistance to turning should the mating screw become cross-threaded.
A hex hole has to be prepared by either punching or using a special tool capable of converting a round hole into a hex shape.
A2 grade stainless steel rivet nuts have the same benefits as the steel versions but are suitable for use in harsh and corrosive environments A4 grade stainless steel rivet nuts are able to withstand the most corrosive elements and are suited to the toughest of applications
