Richard Polley has joined the Zygology team as a Tool Repair Manager, and we're now happy to utilise Rozone's, eco-friendly, Smartwasher® tool cleaning system within our repair facility.
For over 40 years, we have provided our vast client base, which includes large multinational companies, with industry-leading engineered assembly, fastening products and tools. We are the largest distributor of POP Avdel and Southco products in the country and the UK's distribution hub for Masterfix.
The range of products we supply meet the highest standards and are used by market leaders worldwide. However, to ensure that our clients' tools last longer, increasing their cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency, we've developed our in-house tool repair service.
Not only does this ensure our clients have a one-stop source for all of their assembly product and tool needs, it helps our clients to continue using their assembly tools that previously may have required replacing.
Our commitment to providing our clients with the best service has been enhanced with the recent arrival of Richard Polley, and our new Rozone equipment. The Smartwasher® is an eco-friendly tool component cleaner that replaces potentially hazardous chemicals with water-based or safer solvent-based solutions. This is of benefit to the users of the equipment and the environment, whilst also blending science and technology to extend the longevity of our clients' equipment.
