N12XL Battery Powered Rivet Nut Tool

New from Qonnect, the N12XL is a powerful new battery-powered rivet nut with C-class-leading features. Capable of installing rivet nuts from M3 to M12. The N12XL uses push button controls and a digital screen to set the stroke length, making switching from one application to another quick and precise. The tool can also record the number of inserts set to further enhance quality control.

• The included M4 -M12 nose assemblies are easily and quickly changed using the quick-release mechanism, further enhancing the flexibility of this tool. M3 nose kits can be supplied separately if required. Conversion kits are also available for Q Split nuts or Stanley Versanuts.
  
  
• An innovative and class-leading optional automatic installation setting eliminates the need to use the trigger to install inserts. Simply push the tool onto the insert and it winds on, installs, and winds off fully automatically. Operator error is fully eliminated from the process.
  
  
• The tool is ergonomically designed, well balanced and has a soft feel hand grip to maximise operator comfort.
  
  
• The Efficient motor and electronic control allows the N12XL to install up to 1,200 M6 steel rivet nuts on a single charge.
