Battery Powered Speed Rivet Tool SB25PT-05

The new SB25PT-05 brings battery power to the Speed Fastening System for the first time. Featuring DeWalt battery technology this hi-tech cordless power tool can install all fasteners in the Speed Riveting portfolio from 2.4 – 4.8mm diameter.

A newly designed tail jaw release system makes reloading the tool and changing mandrels faster than ever, along with the quick change front jaw assembly this makes Speed Riveting more versatile than ever. A cycle time of 60 rivets per minutes along with the longer barrel and slim body design the SB25PT-05 offers superior levels of speed and flexibility. The soft feel grip, balanced design and low force trigger makes the tool easier on operators and the lack of a trailing airline further enhances ease of use.

Designed for high volume production, the supplied 2.0Ah 18 volt batteries can be upgraded to 4.0Ah which increases the number of installations on a single charge from 800 to 1,600 4.8mm rivets on a single charge.
