Product Details
The ProSet XT1 is a compact, lightweight and reliable pneumatic/hydraulic power tool, ideal for production line environments. XT1 is light well balanced and designed for the installation of smaller rivets up to 4.0mm in diameter. In its class the ProSet XT1 is among the highest force-to-weight ratio blind riveting tools in the industry.
The ProSet XT tool range has many innovative high performance features including a patented "Quick Disconnect" nose housing and jaw case for rapid cleaning and maintenance of the front end without the need for any tools. An air-isolation switch on the mandrel collector prevents air flow when its disconnected.
All Proset XT tools are light, well balanced with quick cycle times to enable fast assembly with minimum operator fatigue. ProSet tools are designed and manufactured for demanding production environments where reliability and long tool life is essential.
The ProSet XT1 can install the following fasteners: 2.0,3.0,3.2 and 4.0mm diameter rivets in all materials*
