07530 Speed Rivet Tool

A hydro pneumatic tool, the 7530 features an extremely light, recoil free hand tool. Power is supplied by the intensifier unit, which converts the compressed air supply, to hydraulic power. .

The ergonomically designed handle, combined with a smooth and quiet placing action lends this tool to all types of flow line and batch production applications. As an option the 7530 can be supplied with a top entry hose, allowing the unit to be suspended above the workbench should this be required. Simple to use, once loaded this tool will cycle up to 60 times per minute. Depending on the length of fastener, the tool will accept up to 70 at a time - giving extremely rapid riveting. Each tool is supplied complete with nose equipment, mandrels and follower assemblies.
