7539 Underbench Workstation

For assemblies that lend themselves to assembly from below, the 7539-30010 offers an excellent solution. The workstation comes pre assembled and mounted onto a base plate, which just needs to be firmly attached to a work surface. The tool is operated by a foot pedal, which allows the operator to use both hands to manipulate components. The workstation comes complete with an integrated safety guard that moves to allow re-loading, but will not allow the tool to be operated until it is properly back in position.

Simple to use, once loaded this tool will cycle up to 60 times per minute. Depending on the length of fastener, the tool will accept up to 70 at a time - giving extremely rapid riveting.
