Qonnect offers a range of rivets with features designed to solve particular assembly problems. If your assembly is not straightforward or the materials you are using are a little unusual you may find a suitable solution here
Peel rivets are ideal for joining softer materials which will not take the load created by most other break stem rivets. When installed peel rivets split into four petals which fold back and spread the load. Peel rivets can be used on wood, MDF, card, plastics and many other fragile materials.
Commonly used in the manufacture of flight cases, Q-Grooved rivets are ideal for joining hard materials to less dense ones - such as wood to metal, plastics to metal, wood to wood etc. The annular grooves along the length of the rivet body will expand into softer materials creating a strong joint in materials which normally do not work well with blind rivets.
Q-Tri-split rivets are all aluminium rivets which spread into a tri lobed tail when installed. the lobed tail spreads load making this fastener ideal for joining lightweight materials together such as plastic, card, MDF, composites and any other similar items.
Q-Hammerdrive rivets are a quick and simple way of fixing sheet metals and plastics to construction materials such as brick and concrete. The rivets are installed by inserted the rivet through holes in the panel to be fixed and the substrate. A single firm blow from a hammer then pushes the raised pin into the rivet which expands into the hole providing a strong and permanent fixing
