Q-A-Power is a range of structural multigrip rivets with bulbing tails which spread load and produce stronger joints in thinner materials. The installed rivet also looks cosmetically superior to open rivets making them suitable for applications where both sides of the rivet are visible. Highly resistant to vibration Q-A-Power rivets are suited to the toughest jobs.
Q-H-Power rivets are the strongest and most vibration resistant bulbing rivets in the range. Available in steel and A2 stainless steel, Q-H-Power rivets create a large bulbing tail during installation which spreads load. The stem features a double lock which makes the rivet particularly resistant to vibration and highly resistant to water ingress.
Q-M-Power structural rivets are known for the high clamp and vibration resistant joints they produce. Relied on in the Commerical vehicle and HVAC industries for many years, Q-M-Power rivets operate over an extremely wide range of material thicknesses making them ideal most heavy duty assemblies.
Similar in design to the Q-M-Power rivets the main difference between the two is that Q-P-Power rivets use and internal mechanical do not require the special nose tip for the tool to create the traditional mandrel lock. This means that Q-P-Power rivets can be installed with any installation tool capable of handling 4.8 or 6.4mm diameter rivets without further modification.
Q-Split Power rivets are suited to heavy duty exterior applications with thin sheet materials such as roofing sheets corrugated sheets, PVC sheeting, plastics and thin timber sheets. The multigrip tri-lobe tail spreads during installation spreading the load for maximum strength and the under head neoprene washer creates a waterproof seal.
