ReelFast® SMT Spacers / Nuts SMTSO, SMTSOB

ReelFast® surface mount fasteners are Threaded nuts and standoffs whihc are mounted to printed circuit boards in the same manner as other surface mount components prior to the automated solder re-flow process. The fasteners are supplied on tape and reel conforming to industry standards and compatible with existing SMT automated installation equipment. A polyimide patch affixed to the end of the fastener allows for vacuum pickup. Nuts and spacers are available threaded and unthreaded for mounting, stacking or spacing of boards and components

SMTSO parts are now also available in tin plated brass as SMTSOB. The use of brass improves conductivity and makes the parts more resistant to corrosion.
