These self-clinching studs have an enlarged head diameter that provides high-strength in sheets as thin as .040"/1mm. Dog point on the HFED version allows for easy nut positioning and engagement.
The HFHB version is made from phosphor bronze and designed specifically for busbar applications. A data sheet with information on the HFHB studs electrical properties is available for download below.
THFE studs will install into aluminium or steel panels as thin as 0.8 millimetres, and are available in M5 to M8 thread sizes
