Product Details

The All new FireFox is a highly specified pneumatic rivet nut placing tool from Gesipa. Designed for use by demanding customers in a variety of applications the FireFox comes highly featured. With a strong polycarbonate body the tool is well balanced, light to handle and boasts an extremely fast placing cycle.

FireFox Features:

Placing Capacity M3 to M12 in aluminium and steel, M3 to M10 in stainless steel .
Can also install rivet nut studs from M4 to M8
Installation mode can be by stroke adjustment suitable for repeated installation into the same thickness material, or pressure sensing which allows inserts to be installed into a variety of materials wthout the need to re-set the tool.
Composite construction gives a robust tool with a low weight of only 2.4Kg.
Very fast spin-pull sytem ensures consistent installation every time.
Nose equipment is quick and simple to change.
Can be adapted to use standard cap screws as mandrels to reduce running costs.
Simple release system should the tool become jammed onto a rivet nut at any time.
Variable stroke adjustable up to 10.0 millimetres - suitable for extended grip rivet nuts.
Works on standard air pressure of 5-7 Bar (72-102 PSI).
