PEM SI inserts for plastics

SI inserts from PEM are specified in applications where a strong durable metal thread is required in plastic materials – especially where frequent assembly and disassembly of the unit for access, service or repair is necessary. SI inserts are available in aluminium, stainless steel and brass; and can be installed by heat staking, ultrasonic, moulding in or press-in methods.
