Tools for speed fasteners

Speed Fastening is a concept unique to Avdel. The system uses pre loaded cartridges which are loaded into especially designed air powered tools. These tools are available in various forms from hand held versions for larger applications to a variety of bench mounted versions for smaller products and PCB assembly. Speed Fasteners come in sizes from 1.6 millimetre (1/16”) to 6.4 millimetre 1/4”) diameter.

Using a standard compressed air supply, the 7537 is a light, recoil free hand tool. The built in intensifier allows the air supply to be connected directly to the tool, giving complete freedom of movement for the tool and operator.

A hydro pneumatic tool, the 7530 features an extremely light, recoil free hand tool. Power is supplied by the intensifier unit, which converts the compressed air supply, to hydraulic power.
